Getting the lease on my new MKZ was the single easiest transaction for a car I've ever experienced. I was actually treated like an adult - unfortunately not the case at the other dealers I shopped. Ever transaction for a car I've ever experienced. I was actually treated like an adult - unfortunately not the case at the other dealers I shopped. Every question answered clearly, pricing up front and fair. Car there and perfect when I went to pick it up. Grist time that's ever happened to me - and I've had a lot of new cars. Highly recommend this dealership. More
Initially, when we first walked in, our salesperson walked right over to us and was very friendly. We sat down and chatted about what kind of car I was looking for. Then we went for a test drive. Jo walked right over to us and was very friendly. We sat down and chatted about what kind of car I was looking for. Then we went for a test drive. John was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I had test driven a few different vehicles, and after I drove the Escape, I was considering buying this car. However, when we sat down to go over the numbers, I was disappointed in what your salesperson offered me. I was not going to make my decision on the spot. John felt very differently about that. I did not appreciate being pressured. When we got up to leave, he did not even go to shake our hands. We had to extend the gesture. He didn't even look us in the eye. I will tell you this: he had me looking at the wrong model. I found this out later when I went to Ford Lincoln of Queens and got a different model with every option under the sun that is available at a much lower price. I couldn't be happier. More
My car 2012 Lincoln was towed to Syosset Ford Service facility which was closest to my home because the car stopped driving on Friday, January 4th. I spoke to an employee named Matt who told me that he w facility which was closest to my home because the car stopped driving on Friday, January 4th. I spoke to an employee named Matt who told me that he would take of the car and will inform me of the progress. I asked about a loaner car since we have young children at home. He said, "we do not have any available loaner cars" I asked him" when will one be available?" He said that it would be available Monday morning, January 7th , please call at 9:00AM. On Monday, morning I called the Syosset Lincoln Service Department for the loaner car. Matt told me that the car they got in was given away to someone else.I asked to speak to his manager Paul who called me back in a few hours. I asked him about the status of the car of which he told me that the comnputor code indicated a problem but they were not sure what it was, they were working with the engineer from Michigan. I then requested a loaner car again and he told me they had none available but I can rent a car from enterprise, give him the bill and Lincoln would reimburse me. I told him that Lincoln should provide that service as Jaquar and Mercedes does(being former owners). He told me Lincoln does not offer this service. Immediately, I called up Customer Service and I informed Lisa, who I might say was wonderful and quite understanding of my frustration, telling her that I have owned and leased foreign cars in the past but I decided to go to an American Luxury car for the following reasons; 1) we loved the style and features of auto 2) we wanted to help the American auto industry with providing jobs, 3) and it was a company that did not take a "Bailout" and 5)the Lincoln had a great reputaion for service. Lisa told me she was going to call Paul and get back to me. About two hours later, Paul calls me and says to me in a coarse tone, "We are putting your car back together again, remove it immediately from our service area because you are an unwelcome guest here." Now, I ask you, Is this the way you treat a customer who purchased a 2009 Edge and is leasing a 2012 Lincoln as well. In addition one of my friends alsoleased a 2012 Lincoln based on my recommendation. Immediately, I called Queens Lincoln/Ford Al Jordano, the person who sold me the cars and spoke to Michele, the service manager who were horrified at the treatment I received. They made all arrangements for the transfer of my car, got me a loaner car with no problem. Both of these two individuals is the opitimy of what service is all about. I am baffled why a person with Paul's short fuse temperment is even employed by your company, no less be a service manager. I would take this whole incident to the Better Business Bureau if it were not for the service by Al and Michele. I am disappointed and hurt by this experience. More

Syosset Ford is a wonderful place to purchase or lease a car from. There is no pressure from the salespeople and they listen to your needs and find you a car that fits within your budget. Ask for John Mioll car from. There is no pressure from the salespeople and they listen to your needs and find you a car that fits within your budget. Ask for John Miolla as he is extremely nice and very knowledgeable. Dealing with the finance dept for the paperwork was no big deal either. I have gotten 2 cars from them and will continue to use them and recommend them in the future. Thanks guys!!! From Steve and Jenn. More

If you are looking for a Ford in Nassau County, look no further than Syosset Ford. Interested in a Ford Fusion SEL V6 AWD, I ventured to Syosset Ford with my mom on my friend's recommendation, as he bought further than Syosset Ford. Interested in a Ford Fusion SEL V6 AWD, I ventured to Syosset Ford with my mom on my friend's recommendation, as he bought his Fusion there. Howard Weiss, the sales representative who I dealt with, was professional, corteous, and very knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. In addition, the Fusion was also better than I imagined, as it had an impression of quality when I looked at it and was very comfortable. The other Fords were very good as well. While I am not ready to buy my Fusion SEL V6 AWD yet, I would not hesitate to recommend Syosset Ford for an excellent car shopping experience. More
The overall process was simple and actually pleasant. One of the better dealings that I have had with a car salesman. The car was great and the price was even better. I was looking to buy a new car being that the lease on my old car will be up shortly. I have done some research and was looking to buy a mid-sized SUV. I decided to stop in at the this local Ford dealershi old car will be up shortly. I have done some research and was looking to buy a mid-sized SUV. I decided to stop in at the this local Ford dealership. No one greeted or came up to us while we looked around the showroom and even sat in a few of the cars. After about 10 minutes, still no one cared to ask us if we needed any help. Eventually an older man that sat in the middle in the front of the store asked us if we needed help. He did not get up out of his chair, nor did he even come around to greet us or introduce himself. After we said, "yes please we'd like some help" 3 times, he finally stood up and said, "what are you looking for?" I said I'm interested in finding out about a Ford Escape. He then pointed to one and said, "there's one right there..." Real professional I tell you. We walked out. I just came from coaching a baseball practice and was in my baseball outfit still, so he must have thought I didn't have any money and wasn't worth his time. I was looking to walk out with a car that day, no joke. I went down the road to the Nissan dealership, and bought a Nissan Murano instead. More
