TERRIBLE! First off, the price they were giving for a Sonata SE 2.4L was worse than another dealer gave us for a Sonata SE 2.0T! We showed up to look at the car because it was the right color for us. We drove over 40 miles to see it and they knew it too. They kept us waiting for 15 minutes while they were sitting around eating and chatting. They could tell we could see them too and did not care. When we finally got fed up being treated like this and got up to leave, they ran after us to finally start chatting. By that time, we were getting into our car. As a last ditch pathetic effort, they dared to say to us: "are you sure? because we are selling this car right now to someone else!" . We didn't respond. We just left. Keep away! More

I had a better experience this time around at empire hyundai with Bassam. He explained everything in detail and I believe i got a fair price and he wasnt tricking me. I was very pleased with the trade in price I received for my vehicle, and was happy to be put into a new car. I love my new Hyundai Sonata and Sam was very great to work with.
