I would not recommend this dealership! Alex was my salesman. I went in specifically for a 2023 Ford Bronco with 23k miles. When signing the paperwork there was no mention of a 3,000 addit Alex was my salesman. I went in specifically for a 2023 Ford Bronco with 23k miles. When signing the paperwork there was no mention of a 3,000 additional charge for a warranty and another 1,000 for Gap insurance. Yes I signed the paperwork but I did not read the fine print until later. There was no mention of would you like to add this warranty for x amount of dollars. I waited 45 min for the car to get detailed and the tank was on empty when I test drove it so they put $15 worth of gas in it. I had to leave by 9:30 am for work and the car was not ready until 9:45. I had to rush out of there. The second I got in the vehicle I noticed 1 key. I asked about the other key and was told used cars only come with 1 but they would check to see if there was another and if not look into getting me one. I messaged Alex twice regarding the key and was told there wasn't one. I looked into the cost of getting a second key and didn't feel like it was fair to have to pay for another key when spending in total 33k on a vehicle. I called exactly 8 days after purchasing the Bronco and said if I couldn't get another key could I return the vehicle. Alex made the comment to be honest with you I made negative 3k on selling you this vehicle. In other words he couldn't be bothered with me. I thought that was the most unprofessional comment. He told me he would talk to his manager and get back to me in 5 minutes. I never heard back from him so I sent a message hours later. He told me that his manager said I am now the owner of the vehicle and there is nothing they can do for me. Then he said we can revisit this in the morning. I waited 2 days and still nothing. I emailed the general manager Trevor He emailed me back but seemed to have an answer/excuse for everything. He told me there was a Special Customer rate for a spare key. I asked what that rate was and never heard back. It has been weeks and I still have not heard about my plates and registration. Bottom line is once you sign the paperwork and drive off the lot they are done with you. You are no longer important! Reading through multiple reviews I see that I am not the only one. More
Bought a car there may 22 , they only gave me 1 set of keys promissed me another key next day , nothing. I'm still arguing where my 2nd key ? It was included with my purchase . I emailed this dealership looking for 1 of 2 specific out of production, vehicles and manual transmissions. The man who helped me write said that they didn't have any n. Ray texted me that they had one of the vehicles in and was able to set up an appointment for me to see it. My trade in died on the way. Do the dealership because the internal computer finally s*** the bed. I called the dealership and spoke with Michelle, who said I could have it towed in when I got to the dealership, Michelle took great care of me was able to get me financing even though there were issues with my credit report. And put me in quite literally my dream car. More

My elderly friend bought a jeep with over 80,000 miles 4 months ago. She showed me the paperwork and was shocked. Unfortunately, she was badly taken advantage of when she met with Joe, finance/business mgr months ago. She showed me the paperwork and was shocked. Because she was asked to sign a tablet, she was unable to see the costs involved in the following. Joe sold her over $7,000 worth of extended warranty’s, Simonize, vin lasered on the vehicle, windshield protection, dent/scratch protection, roadside assistance, etc, etc. Just sign here, it’s a great deal he said. She bought a vehicle for $19,000 (only worth $16,000 on Blue Book) They screwed her on this also. Obviously, my friend is at fault for not bringing someone with her who was more savvy. She admits she didn’t understand the details. I went with her to Empire Swansea to understand what transpired. I discussed with a manager there. He said they had a right to present and sell these packages to a buyer. I said that she was taken advantage of . He kept on stating that it was legal. I asked if they would have sold his Mother these packages. He had no response. My thought is this: just because you CAN oversell an elderly person, it doesn’t mean you should. It’s not ethical. But the almighty commission dollars overtook their ethics! Don’t go to Empire and meet with Joe to sign purchase papers without back up, unless you are confident in your negotiation abilities. Better yet, buy ELSWHERE!! More

Awfull ,Awfull, disrespectful, insulting. Bait and switch. I checked the price online and talked to them right after. they went round in circles treating me like a fool. Earlier this year, I decided to trade my 2021 Tucson Ultimate for the 2024 Tucson XRT. Initially, I wasn’t quite sure I had made the right choice since a few features I enjoyed in the Ultimate weren’t a Ultimate for the 2024 Tucson XRT. Initially, I wasn’t quite sure I had made the right choice since a few features I enjoyed in the Ultimate weren’t available in the XRT. However, after undergoing hip surgery, my perspective shifted completely. The XRT’s running boards (which the Ultimate didn’t have) made getting into the SUV so much easier post-surgery—an absolute game changer for me! I had my first scheduled service appointment a few days ago, and I must say, Jeffrey White and Frank Williamson were both incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s not easy to find such excellent service these days. Jeff took the time to thoroughly explain my service options, especially given my vehicle's low mileage. I was in and out quickly, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. This service department truly knows how to keep their customers happy and satisfied. More
Had same issue with door locks that I had two months ago, called Jeff White and told him about the fuse issue again and he had me bring the car in the next day and it was done in 22 minutes!!!!!
