I was very impressed at how welcoming everyone was without pressuring me to buy something. The salesperson, Steve, was very well informed about the car and answered the many questions I had. Both he and the Manager, Johnathan patiently waited for me to run next door to a specialty store before the store closed (it was a Sunday) and when I returned, were able to pick up right where we left off. In addition, I had never thought of leasing and they were able to show me this option as well as purchasing. The finance representative, Duarte carefully explained leasing details and even suggested a wonderful restaurant in the area to try before going home! I was also impressed with how I was able to speak with the manager, Johnathan, for more than just a few minutes and that he was part of the sale and worked with me on pricing. I had left another Hyundai dealership on the Cape because I had a negative experience there. I am very happy to have traveled to Empire of Fall River for this purchase and the car is beautiful! I felt like I was a VIP and part of a big family, also that my visit was important to them whether or not I purchased a car from them...I returned for my 1K miles check and was treated very nicely by Amanda...I look forward to my oil changes! Empire Hyundai is a joke Nolan sucks. He didnt follow through with anything. He quit calling me back and taking my calls after I purchased my vehicle. Don't say you're going t Nolan sucks. I was replacing a totaled vehicle so I wasn't the easiest guy to work with but Tony helped me out. I appreciate the fact they didn't try to get me into a car I didn't want and they didn't try to offer me a million add-ons to the vehicle I purchased. Overall, this place was great. From talking to Tony about the car and getting a good price to sitting down with Tyler to sign paperwork. Everything was quick, smooth and there were no hidden fees or details that were left out. They explained everything very well. This dealership has definitely changed my opinion about buying a car!! Thank you! More
