I'm a single mother who was "lured" into this dealership after they posted a price for a vehicle online that was inaccurate. In fact, I wasn't told the price was inaccurate until I sat down this dealership after they posted a price for a vehicle online that was inaccurate. In fact, I wasn't told the price was inaccurate until I sat down to discuss "business" and the salesman started at OVER $3000 the listed price online!!! He then went on to babble about the fact that "it's the only way to get customers into the place"!! And then went on to justify that statement, a million different ways. Well I had a budget, and when I wouldn't budge after his "best offer" was to take $300 bucks off the over inflated price. I told him I was leaving, he literally begged me not to go and asked if his manager could just ask me a couple of questions about his service because he was new. It was a bunch of B.S but I said fine, the Manager Paul came over and it was DOWNHILL FAST FROM THERE. This guy was so pushy, rude and belligerent. There's a sales guy behind him drinking water out of a gallon jug like a meat head at the gym and screaming into the phone. The more I told him I was no longer interested in the vehicle, the more belligerent, angry and aggressive he became. I don't know if he was trying to prove himself to this new salesman or what, but he would not stop. I was clearly uncomfortable, and I told him NO, a dozen times, and I also told him "I wanted time to think" a dozen times. He would not give me a chance to breath, I literally stood up and walked out. He ended up literally CHASING me out of the car dealership, when I kept telling him that I wanted to think about the offer, the car and the situation I had put myself in!!! Uncomfortable is an understatement, if I wanted that car at ALL prior to meeting this man...dealing with this unprofessional bully completely changed my mind!! After over an hour in there, I walked out and as I said he chased me (literally running on foot) in a rage only to tell me that if I want the car, he was going UP ON THE PRICE BY AN EXTRA $2000...I'm assuming because he was angry that I wouldn't take his other 'offers'. It was completely inappropriate, awkward, rude and unprofessional. Safe to say if that were giving that car away I wouldn't take it. More
I was lied to by a sales manager who claimed the rate/payment was directly from the bank, when it was STILL pending approval. Later, payment was way more. Called me wanting me to confirm this information with the bank!! The bank then called me to confirm this information. Thankfully, I am honest- because they said they already looked up the VIN and knew it did not have all these extra options. More
Empire Hyundai's "customer service" representatives are rude and don't care about the customer. I called with an issue around my registration, hoping that a "customer focused" business representatives are rude and don't care about the customer. I called with an issue around my registration, hoping that a "customer focused" business like a car dealership would be willing to help with the issue. Instead I got a woman with an attitude who seemed completely uninterested in trying to get to the bottom of the issue and just told me she knew "nothing about that." When I asked if there was someone who did, she said "no" and wouldn't elaborate further. Basically, she refused to help me, which is the opposite of what customer service reps are supposed to do. I would not recommend Empire Hyundai to anyone. More

This is my third time purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, and with each visit it has been positive, professional, and efficient. The atmosphere at Empire Hyundai is pleasant and welcoming. Mr. McCarthy and Mr. DeFlorio were exceptional in assisting me in making a decision with respect to purchasing a new vehicle, the financial process of accomplishing this task, and the closure of same. From my eyes, the whole process for me was effortless. However, I do know these two gentlemen worked very hard to make my future car payments affordable and a reality for me. I never felt intimidated or rushed to make a decision; I felt my voice was heard, understood, and not judged. Mr. DeFlorio was very knowledgeable of the vehicle, and was confidentially able to demonstrate and educate me with respect to the operation of the vehicle's features. I truly cannot thank these two gentlemen enough for assisting me and my family in this endeavor. We visited Empire Hyundai to purchase a used vehicle for my husband. We previously purchased 3 vehicles there, a Hyndai Accent, a Hyundai Elantra and a Hyundai Tiburon. We have always received excellent customer service therefore did not hesitate to return there. Since my husband was on a certain budget he opted for a used vehicle. Ron was very accommodating in showing us a vehicle that my met my husband's needs and that in fact he was very impressed with after test driving. We are both once again very happy with the service. We are also happy with the warranty that went with this car. As far as the service dept. we already know that they are excellent. We would not hesitate to return to Empire Hyundai and to also have Ron assist us with any future vehicle purchases. More

After being ran back and forth between my bank St Anns credit Union and Fall River Toyota. For a deal that wasn't gonna happen. I walked into this Dealership. First person that walked up to me was the Fin credit Union and Fall River Toyota. For a deal that wasn't gonna happen. I walked into this Dealership. First person that walked up to me was the Finance Manger, the Ron Web. We stood and talked. while I explained having totally messed up credit ( 400's ) and being ran around by the aforementioned agencies . Finance manager said " let me run you and see if we can help." Ron Stepped right in took my credit report an hour later I drove off the lot in a 2012 Chevy Impala. Price that beat what my bank would have approved. the Service that i received from Ron went far above and beyond what I expected. I have sold Cars for years in different markets. I have been in sales, Guest services, and Customer Services for 30+ years. Ron did all that I would have done. His professionalism. and Making me comfortable w/ each step was great. His delivery was Superb. even to the point of driving me home to get proof of address that i forgot to bring. I have already started handing out Ron's Cards to my friends and coworkers that are trying to find a vehicle and having problems.
