This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. The salesman lied to me about tiling the vehicle. What they could, and could not do. The finance person, Nat, did the same thing told me that a car could not be in my name with “or” for someone else’s name. After they got their cashiers check and I asked for the name on the title to have an ore with another person the finance person Nate told me he was good that he had the money that’s all he needed. Refused or would not chance the title. These people are slime. They care nothing about doing the ethics. All they care about is selling and closing the deal and then they’re done with you. There are snakes. They will tell you all kinds of lies to close a deal and get a sale. More

I gave them five stars before, but after waiting 41/2 hours for a tire rotation, oil change with a cabin filter, that they charged me $30 just to install, I’m not happy! Not sure if anyone reads this or not, but I'm letting you know this is the last time I will be using your "service" department. You all used to be top notch. That's why I drive 45 minutes across town to come know this is the last time I will be using your "service" department. You all used to be top notch. That's why I drive 45 minutes across town to come here. The last two times I've been here have been a xxxx show. Once I figured--everyone has a bad day. After today--I'm done. 8:00 appointment for new tires. Was told it was going ti be 1 and a half hours. At 9:30 I asked for a status update. At 10:00 no one had yet given me an update. So I had to ask again. (At this point another customer was demanding her car. She had been here 2 hours for an oil change. Said she was going to Grease xxxxxx). I was told my car was going to be another hour. That's 3 hours if I actually get it then. Why do you even give time estimates if they mean NOTHING to you? I actually had other plans today and was relying on you. In the past you have been wonderful and seemed to care. OBVIOUSLY YOU DO NOT!!! Goodbye. More
