My experience last night at this dealership was the best car leasing experience I've ever had. It began with a quick phone chat with Jack. Once we confirmed that we were both talking about the Mazda 3i GT, instead of pressuring me to come right in so he could close me, Jack said we had the week to get the deal done. After a quick chat with my wife, we decided to swing by after work. We got to the dealership at 7:00 and were driving home at 8:00. The speed of getting the paperwork was due, in no small part, to Angelo in the finance area. He was organized and efficient without rushing us. We would've even been out sooner if Michael didn't insist on showing me the key features of the Grand Touring edition. At first I was resistant, but when he began showing me the goodies packed into my new vehicle, I was happy to have such a knowledgeable professional show me around. After all, this is the first time I've ever been able to get such a high trim level. I guess that's what happens when a dealership gives you a better price than you'd even expect to get on a base model! I don't know how it all happened, but I'm happy it did. -dumbfounded- :-) More
