Service Department Review for May 23rd, 2019 On May 23rd, I called the service department and make an appointment for 1:30 was told I would only have to wait for an hour. This is want was told us at the new customers meeting by the sales department. I arrived exactly at 1:30 and asked how long would the service take,. Gary went to ask the mechanics and came back and said 1 and 1/2 hours to 2 hrs. I told him I was told 1 hour and he said basically, too bad, we are busy. I complained to the sales department and one sales person tried to talk to Gary about my situation and he was told by Gary, No way as what would I tell my other customers. I told the sales person thank you but I would go to Metro Nissan in Montclair where I had gone for twenty years and never treated as rudely as I had been treated by Empire. My husband and I will never to to Empire again for sales or service.. More

Even a month after purchasing our vehicle he still answers my phone calls, emails, and texts. He has been nothing but supportive and helpful during the entire process of finding my dream truck. The lot seem to have a lot of vehicles to choose from even though we had our heart set on one specific kind. What we wanted was very limited in when they didn’t have it in stock Sydney found one 100 miles away and brought it to the lot for us.
