Greatest Service Experience Ever! Adam (my Vehicle Sales Representative) arranged a service appointment with Gary at 7am the following day. Arrived 10 minutes early and was greeted immediately by Gary in the service drive - 10 minutes before the service department even opened! Gary inquired about my service requirements, talked specifically about my vehicles characteristics, and wrote up my order. He then invited me into the customer lounge where great refreshments were available for me -prior to 7am! Within 45 minutes Gary found me in the lounge, explained what had been done to my vehicle, escorted me to the cashier and I was on my way. Best service ever received at a car dealership!! More
