I have spoken to the service manager in the past and received rude and condescending service. I don't know how you possibly obtained a AAA rating when every site on the internet has numerous negative reviews for Empire Nissan. If I thought for one second that I could speak with a professional who could assist me in any way there, I would contact you personally. Based on my experience with your dealership over the past year, I have NO confidence that can happen. I do not take these reviews lightly which it is why I have taken so long to write one. I consider this to be my last resort and I wish I'd seen the reviews before I ever came to your service department because I believe I would have saved myself lots of time and aggravation. If anyone asks me, I will tell them about my negative experience and when I purchase a new Nissan, I will travel as far as needed to avoid this dealership. Unless you intend on directing your service department to repair my window free of charge, please do not contact me. Not only do I feel it should be repaired, I also feel I should have received an apology for having to bring my car in several times, dealing with the inconvenience of being without my car, and having to obtain a ride each time I had to leave my car with your service department, only to finally be told I need to pay YOU guys $600 for something that could have been avoided if they had fixed the problem based on my initial complaint.
