No Options! 2 stars because just like any dealer it was about only getting a sale and nothing else. In the beginning despite my credit i was told one thing to com 2 stars because just like any dealer it was about only getting a sale and nothing else. In the beginning despite my credit i was told one thing to come back and was told something different. Because of being told something different i felt that i was stuck with something i didnt ask for with no options. Why, because I was told by louis i was going to be charged for a car that was given to me if i didnt want to complete the deal and if i decided against it then essentially i was going to be charged like a rental "wow". Let me add that i already had put money down and some, just to be told this after the fact if i changed my mind. Now i really felt like i had no options considering the tag team approach to get me to sign a deal and money already given. So yes i wanted the car but the terms that were discussed were changed after they got my money (thats what i mean by beware). With my work schedule finance dept (george) was hardly available but wanted me to sign sign sign. How if your not available in the evenings with the dealership still open! Even with what started out to be good, at the end seemed like a beware situation. I will say Dave was great to work with he at least seemed like he cared but in the end it was about sales. Dave answered all my questions honestly and was easy to talk to. My suggestion to any potential buyer is be careful with this dealership, you might get into something you dont want! More

Just needed some answers After my visit yesterday, Dan mentioned that all of the quotes were listed on the receipt. No updated quote and follow up call, therefore, this is the rating you’re getting until further notice. More

As I was leaving the dealership (in my Lyft) I received a text stating they would notify me via text when the vehicle was ready. At 6:50pm I called and had to wait while they checked to see if it was ready. (Unknowingly they called and left me a message that it was ready but I wasn't checking voicemail since i was expecting a text. I arrived at 7:10 next morning since they open at 7. Was told I had to wait as they were just settling in. On a positive note. At least they didn't try to upsell me anything. More

The service is EXCEPTIONAL I have owned over 30 vehicles that were serviced by many dealers such as Ford, Mercury, Volkswagen, Honda, Audi and others. To date, I have never experienced the level of excellence or expeditious service that I received from Rte. 22 Nissan Service Department on December 9th Please know that I purchased my vehicle at the S.I. Nissan dealer in the borough that I reside and was disappointed in the service provided. I then crossed the bridge to Bay Ridge Nissan, in Brooklyn and again I experienced extremely poor customer service as well as a lack of knowledge regarding my Nissan Juke. As I continued to seek professional service, I decided to travel in the opposite direction, crossing the bridge into New Jersey to Rte. 22 Nissan Service Department. It was more than worth it and I am well pleased. When I arrived, the customer lounge was full and when I left it was just about empty. My Service Consultant Isaiah provided the most warm and welcome customer service ever. He was both professional and extremely thorough concerning the future needs of my Nissan Juke. Because of Isaiah’s expertise and passion for his profession, I now have greater sense of confidence and safety with the knowledge that I received from the Complimentary Multi-Point Inspection report. A report that I have NEVER received from any other dealer in the past. I thank you, your team and especially Isaiah. All of you have all certainly achieved your sincere goal of exceeding my expectations and restored trust. More
