5 Lies No promised returned phone calls. Had to wait for 10 days after my temporary registration expired to get my new tags. Was promised by the salesman on No promised returned phone calls. Had to wait for 10 days after my temporary registration expired to get my new tags. Was promised by the salesman on 5 occasions he would investigate and call me back. NEVER did even once. Man identifying himself as general manager promised a return call, but NEVER did. I called again on Thursday and was told my plates would be in on Tuesday and would be sent next day to me. They WEREN'T. Finally called on Thursday and the tags had finally arrived and I asked to have the tags delivered since I was not able to drive my new car for 10 days. Was told they would not deliver the tags. Was told by the GM to just drive the car and Route 22 Nissan would pay the fine if I got stopped. I called the state police and was told if I got stopped the car would have to be towed and I would not be able to use it until I proved it was registered. I also would have had to pay for the towing and storage. Do not buy from this dealer. They don't tell the truth and you will be ignored after the sale. More

I BROUGHT A NEW NISSAN SENTRA 2014 my experience at nissan route 22 was good. The sales rep was very detailed with information he shared with my and my family. I will recommend him to anybody who is looking to buy a car with nissan company. However i do have some concerns. The supervisor whom we were suppose to talk to the day that we were suppose to close the deal delayed everything. he was not transparent with us when we got there. We had to make a second trip to close the deal which i thought was a waste of time. On the closing day the waiting period was too long as a new mom with my daughter with me. Finally the sales rep Gibril was very professional, following us with a phone call a day after the car was purchased. More
