I came to Rt. 22 Nissan after researching used car inventories at various dealerships. I found a car listed at this dealership that would fit perfectly into my budget and decided to stop in. I needed a car within the next 2 days and was dreading the whole process because I was dealing with a bad credit situation and was concerned I would not be approved for financing. I was greeted by Alex who took the time to listen to my situation without passing judgement. I first wanted to see if I could be approved for financing before even looking at a car. Alex took the time to take all of my information and I was approved for a loan. The car that I had seen online had been sold the previous day. Alex was committed to finding me exactly what I was looking for and staying within my budget. In the interest of keeping the time I spent at the dealership to a minimum, Alex took my phone number and said he would search the inventory and call me with some options. This gave me the time to get to the bank to get my down payment and gather all of the documentation I would need to complete the loan process. A short time later, as promised Alex contacted me to let me know he had found a car for me that was everything I was looking for and in my budget. I returned to the dealership, completed the process and drove home a car that same night. Overall my experience with Alex and Rt. 22 Nissan was a great one. I didn't feel like someone was twisting my arm or taking me for a ride. I was promised a great deal over the phone and was actually given ALL of what was discussed over the phone, which is rare. I've purchased and leased quite a few cars and I always feel like the salesman is the middle man, trying to convince me to take an offer I don't want. This experience was quite different and I would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend. As a matter of fact, I called my best friend while I was there and she purchased a vehicle the same night. Kudos to the staff over at Route 22 Nissan and a job well done to Gibril, my salesman! More
