The very next day I brought the car back and explained my dilemma to my salesman Alex, he immediately stopped what he was doing and catered to my concerns. Not one time did any of the employees make me feel like I was being a pain, especially Nuno, Hector, Billy , Alex or the person who was maintaining the cleanliness of the facility; I really wish I knew their exact titles, because those 3 guys deserve the highest praise. Route 22 Nissan in Hillside, NJ has revolutionized the entire car buying experience with their approach to selling cars, their policy of giving you the best price available without negotiating or hassling is the best thing going. This approach to purchasing a car made me feel like I got exactly what I wanted, saved money and didn’t feel used after driving away with my new car, UNLIKE OTHER DEALERSHIPS I HAVE DEALT WITH IN THE PAST. When I brought my car back I was a little apprehensive, anticipating a feeling of rejection. Additionally, your staff is superb- from the onset of our arrival; (the gentleman at the front desk greeted us with a beautiful smile and a pleasant and professional attitude), I am so sorry I didn't get his name, Mr. Pierre who assisted with getting a beverage and engaging in conversation about your products/services, and others who assisted thru-out the process of finalizing and delivering a "New" leased vehicle. Came into the dealership and Gibril quickly came to my aid. He was very friendly and enthusiastic. At first I did not like any cars he had to offer.
