We had been to 2 other Nissan dealerships and neither were able to produce the Nissan frontier truck to test drive. Upon entering this dealership we saw 1 in the lot. If you walk into Route 22 Nissan and Dave Tober is your salesperson, RUN. The treatment I have received has been unreal. I was assured multiple times when leasing my new Altima that all costs on the ol salesperson, RUN. The treatment I have received has been unreal. I was assured multiple times when leasing my new Altima that all costs on the old lease would be covered. A week later I received a bill for $683 for over mileage on the old lease. When I called David, he told me its my fault, not his problem, and maybe if I sent a couple of sales his way he could alleviate a couple monthly payments. Just want I want to do - send friends and family to someone who was dishonest. He told me to fax my bill and he would look into it. After a month of unreturned phone calls from him, he leaves me a voicemail begging me to login and give him an "A" survey rating because some "loon" gave him all bad ratings and brought his average down. I called back and said that I would love to give him good ratings except I have a $683 bill hanging over my head bc of him. Once he pulled up my file he saw that I had in fact already rated him and gave him low scores. He then told me that I had given him better scores, maybe he could have helped me. Sounds like bribery to me! I have never been so disrespected in my life (also called me "sweetheart" and "honey"). I find it unbelievable that a business could have such unprofessional people working for them. My family and I have been loyal customers to route 22 Nissan and we will never return. My advice: stay away! More
