Your customer service was terrible. My vehicle was there for 5 days..3 waiting for a part. On day vehicle was supposed to be ready I called for an update. It took LITERALLY 15 CALLS or more calls including for 5 days..3 waiting for a part. On day vehicle was supposed to be ready I called for an update. It took LITERALLY 15 CALLS or more calls including no answer...caller ID. I was put on hold at least 12 times. Asked to speak manager.. he wanted to put me on hold to find out what was going on with vehicle. I refused and eventually got a call back. BY FAR THE WORST DEALER SERVICE EXPERIENCE and this is my 3rd Nissan. WILL NOT GO BACK RATHER DRIVE FARTHER AWAY FOR BETTER SERVICE More
