Julie was delightful. But estimates on the length of time to do the work were way off. Spent 5+ hours there over 2 days. Was told it would take 1.5 and then 2 hours. Took a most twice that. Recommend special option for businesses/vehicles that are missing out on business while waiting. Would pay extra for special, quicker service. Text reminder system was not monitored. Wrote back three times trying to schedule appointment. Over a week on response and when I heard back there was no acknowledgement of my 3 texts. More

I wasn't going to leave a review, but the service I receive from route 22 nissan keeps getting worse and worse and it's the lack of consideration you guys give to certain clients that is appalling. You guys are incredibly rude and I don't know if it is a prejudice thing because my car is older but it is as if you are inconvenienced to do your job. It shouldn't matter what kind of nissan I have or what year it is, you guys continually treat me like a second class customer and I just can't go with out saying anything anymore. The staff at this location is OVERALLL RUDE AND DISGUSTING. I have gotten service for many many years with nissan and as of late it has plummeted. Most recently: my glovebox was damaged, my insurance card wasn't returned, the service paperwork wasn't completed. Sloppy and totally not ok for what you guys charge for basic xxx service. Just the tone of every single one of the employees at that place is disgusting and I really just am shocked I find myself in the position of writing this complaint. Busyness is not an excuse for the level of service that comes out of this place. Nor is it an excuse for the rudeness of the employees either. Again, it's honestly shockingly horrific that because my car might not be considered the best , you guys treat me the way ya do. I am at a lost for words and frustrated beyond belief. The whole entire staff needs to get retrained on a certain level of professional that just doesn't exist. The tone is condescending and patronizing and quite frankly unbelievably disheartening. It's nissan for christ sake.....in hillside. Get a grip and start treating customers with some dignity. (I am not sure if Ryan is new, but he was the rep that helped me out most recently. And I will attribute some of what I went through, to that, IF IN FACT HE IS NEW, but this is not the first time this has happened to me here.) More
