Wonderful and non stressful I came in for a maintenance check. As the car is fairly new it only needed an oil change. They also performed the point check and all was well. Unsatisfied 20 year customer. I have been purchasing and leasing vehicles for several years at Nissan in the Hillside location. My last purchase was uneventful and unfortunately ne I have been purchasing and leasing vehicles for several years at Nissan in the Hillside location. My last purchase was uneventful and unfortunately never received any feedback after I sent in a bad survey and email to management. I’ve had two uncomfortable experiences with the last two service visits. First time was with service rep and communicated this to service manager and once again no response. I figured why this service location has changed for the worst after meeting the current service manager(Nick Roberts). I recall that past employees being more workable and professional with how they would communicate with customers. Although These experiences were uneventful and considering going to another dealership for service. The actual service employees who are in the grind and working on the vehicles are doing a great job! Keep it up. This the only way this location will be successful with customer approval of quality service. More

I love the car but to me, it’s all about the service & with NIck, s I’ve been buying cars from Nissan 22 for about 15 years. An Altima and 4 Murano’s.
