Censor Alerts I leased a brand new 2019 NISSAN Sentra Limited Edition. After 10 days ALL the censor alerts came on and I panicked. I was afraid to drive the car. Check engine light I was not happy at all, no one called to tell me if my car was done or what work was done on it. I had to call several times to get an update on my ca I was not happy at all, no one called to tell me if my car was done or what work was done on it. I had to call several times to get an update on my car. The worst part is i didn't even get paperwork for the car to tell me what service was performed. I was told to pick up the car in sales and that they will email me the paperwork. The crazy part is that they didnt even have my email address niether did they ask. Till this day niether did i get paper work for the service or did anyone give me a follow up call. More

This experience has made me not wanting to deal any further with the service employees, from now on my husband will have to take care of any service(s) my car might need from here on out. I may add that the manager Nick was helpful & tried to resolve the problem but the employee Chris really missed the point. He dropped the ball in all the areas of customer service. More
Wordt experience ever!!! I went to get a oil change and a diagnostic on ny infinity fx45 to see what was wrong with it. I NEVER got the oul change or diagnostic on my truck wh I went to get a oil change and a diagnostic on ny infinity fx45 to see what was wrong with it. I NEVER got the oul change or diagnostic on my truck when i dropped my truck off at 1030am and picked my truck up at 7pm. I called at 230pm 530pm and was told the first time we have not looked at your truck yet. I called again you are going to have to call back monday morning becuase the service rep that was helping you went home at 0430pm. This was Saturday and i explained when i dropped my truck off no matter what they found out if they couldnt take care of it that day i needed my truck back. Needless to say i will never return there and i was about to upgrade my truck to the 2019 infinity truck and pay cash for the entire deal they lost out big time. I went with another dealer. At that point i get a call from the manager its 7pm you are about to close my truck was not touched its nothing to talk about sir im livid. More
