Ms. Estrada was very bossy and unprofessional. I requested a change of synthetic oil and filter and to tap up the fluids of the car. She added a rotation of the tires without asking me. Later on, she wants to change the cabin air filter and the engine filter. When I told her that is done at 15 to 20 thousand miles she argued and said no it's due at 10 thousand miles. I told her not to do this service. The cashier didn't give me the sheet of what has to be done next time. They kept for you when you had already on the system. The setting at the dashboard of my car was changed. I had to go back to the dealer to put on the speed setting. Later on, I received an email saying that I will 10% discount on my next service that will expire in 30 days. You people already sent this discount once the service is done on the car. It will make sense to you to send it in?. I can't see the work that the mechanics do because I don't see my car on the mechanic shop. This is very important for the customer to see the mechanic working on my car. When are you going to understand that? You need to be more transparent, and honest with the customer. More
