Last time I had a bad experience the manager at the time told me not to submit a review but this time I have to hold them accountable. I have addressed concerns with my transmission being faulty and they a told me not to submit a review but this time I have to hold them accountable. I have addressed concerns with my transmission being faulty and they advised me to record a video as I'm driving on the highway which is extremely dangerous, now they are saying they can't do anything for me. Before they miss quoted me on changing my brakes and I ended up paying more after the work was done so I was forced to come out of pocket. Every time I need assistance I have to come out of pocket just for them to look at it which is frustrating. we know what's wrong and what needs to be fixed but I still have to pay for them to look which is $150. The window is off the track and doesn't go down or up and my door handle fell apart. I daily drive this car which you can see the proof in my mileage so I feel as though this shouldn't be happening so soon. The door handle alone which is plastic is going to cost me over $500 and they used to change the battery on the key but now we have to pay for that as well. As of now I have a broken window, door handle, transmission is faulty and a recall that was supposed to be fixed a year ago. but they never scheduled my appointment when I called and I ended up finding out after I took the day off of work. These are things I have no control of and still have to come out of pocket to fix More
