Bought my truck in December . Come March it needed some transmission work. So I brought it to a transmission shop. Was then told I need to bring it back to dealer. So that’s what Come March it needed some transmission work. So I brought it to a transmission shop. Was then told I need to bring it back to dealer. So that’s what I did. Told them what was diagnosed (torque converter) they kept the truck for another month and a half. “Driving it around” then brought it to their other store and within a week I had my truck back . THEN I get back with a check engine light on for transmission and both o2 sensors. Was on E too! Also sounds like it has an exhaust leak when I start it up now. More

Terrible experience at every step in the process. Showed up to dealership and the car we wanted to look at had damage that the sales person AND manager had no idea about. The sales person was annoyed with how concerned we were about the damage that had not been inspected yet. Manager promised the car would be fixed. Turns out the car had underlying damage and the bank denied the loan. Finance gave us a hassle and refused to match our rate even though we were initially promised a match. Had to push for that. Would never do business again with an organization filled with scam artists at every level. More
