I took my truck to be inspected and it failed. after the 3rd time of service they took it without my permission to get a sticker from their own guys. Not to mention they backed out of a deal that I was in the process of signing for on the loaner I am driving while we were in the middle of signing for it because they messed up the paperwork. More

Terrible experience at every step in the process. Showed up to dealership and the car we wanted to look at had damage that the sales person AND manager had no idea about. Turns out the car had underlying damage and the bank denied the loan. Finance gave us a hassle and refused to match our rate even though we were initially promised a match. Had to push for that. Would never do business again with an organization filled with scam artists at every level. More
