Theo is absolutely incredible! He called over the course of the repairs to keep us apprised at all times of the status of the work performed. He was honest and professional with us. Sounds old school but its a nice touch that was truly emblematic of his approach. He treated everyone like they were important. Thank you so much for having him on your service staff. Our car was serviced by Lauren. Where did you find her! Another gem. We took our car to your dealership (after purchasing three cars there before) and it had the venerable rattle noise. Lets be honest, what would you expect to hear from other mechanics? I’ll tell you….”I don’t hear it”. But not Lauren, she literally disassembled the surface parts of the interior to allow the noise to be exposed so it can be properly heard, detected and the components tightened. Then she very quickly reassembled the parts PERFECTLY and documented every aspect of the repair in detailed writing. She even took a dozen pics of where the problem arose. Then Theo, working closely with her called her aside for a moment and she showed the pics to us. He wanted to ensure we were happy. Point is, those pics weren’t something she had even expected to have to show. But clearly, as a diligent repair specialist, she took the time to document every step of her work - and when the time came to show the customer..she was ready. Together Theo and Lauren were a really outstanding team. We had thanked your Service Manger in person but wanted to complete this survey to communicate to anyone else at the dealership that will listen. Hold on to these two employees. They bring loyal customers back to your dealership. And it reassured us that our 4th Subaru (when that time comes) will have to be purchased and serviced at at Empire Subaru as well.
