Specifically scheduled late appointment since I work nights.. the day of I called to confirm... Rich lied and told me that appointment was for 8AM and that I can reschedule since some of the workers did nights.. the day of I called to confirm... Rich lied and told me that appointment was for 8AM and that I can reschedule since some of the workers didn't come in.. and that they are busy.. I told him no.. appointment is for 3:30pm.. I went in at 3pm and William confirmed that my appointment was indeed for 3:30pm. Dealership didn't even check the fluids!!! And yes I asked if they checked fluids and answer was no... Which is the bare minimum of what dealerships should do!!! Going to go to other dealership to see if the actually did the work because I'm not confident that they did the recall. Do NOT go to this dealership! More

After a very dissatisfying visit at the Lindenhurst dealership and a pleasant but unfruitful visit to Donaldson’s we ended up at Empire Subaru in Huntington on Saturday evening. The showroom there may not be as flashy as the other two but Larry Merola took the best care of us! He made us feel at home and treated us like family. He listened to us ! Many car sales people think they are listening but they are yes “men”. Larry will not pay you lip service. He is honest, straightforward and down to earth. He also did not waste our time with the many back and forth trips to “see what he could do” line. Thank you Larry and Empire Subaru for getting me in my dream car. More
