I purchased 2 outbacks in 2002, a forester in 2009, a forester in 2014, and a forester in 2020. I’m planning to purchase another forester in January…all from this dealership. Each car was serviced at this dealership and for as long as I can remember I’ve been dealing with Rich Ciarletta in the service department. Truth be told any dealership can sell you a car, finding a dealership that stands behind their product and finding someone like Rich who knows you and your vehicle is gold. From the greeting I get as I come in the door to the complete explanation of what needs to be done and why absolutely trust Rich and the mechanics who work on my car. FIVE STARS More

The car was supposed to be delivered 6 to 8 weeks and ended up coming in earlier which was awesome .They got everything ready for me and were excellent when I picked up my brand new car. Specifically scheduled late appointment since I work nights.. the day of I called to confirm... Rich lied and told me that appointment was for 8AM and that I can reschedule since some of the workers did nights.. the day of I called to confirm... Rich lied and told me that appointment was for 8AM and that I can reschedule since some of the workers didn't come in.. and that they are busy.. I told him no.. appointment is for 3:30pm.. I went in at 3pm and William confirmed that my appointment was indeed for 3:30pm. Dealership didn't even check the fluids!!! And yes I asked if they checked fluids and answer was no... Which is the bare minimum of what dealerships should do!!! Going to go to other dealership to see if the actually did the work because I'm not confident that they did the recall.
