Truth be told any dealership can sell you a car, finding a dealership that stands behind their product and finding someone like Rich who knows you and your vehicle is gold. Specifically scheduled late appointment since I work nights.. the day of I called to confirm... Rich lied and told me that appointment was for 8AM and that I can reschedule since some of the workers did nights.. the day of I called to confirm... Rich lied and told me that appointment was for 8AM and that I can reschedule since some of the workers didn't come in.. and that they are busy.. I told him no.. appointment is for 3:30pm.. I went in at 3pm and William confirmed that my appointment was indeed for 3:30pm. Dealership didn't even check the fluids!!! And yes I asked if they checked fluids and answer was no... Which is the bare minimum of what dealerships should do!!! Going to go to other dealership to see if the actually did the work because I'm not confident that they did the recall.
