Once I sat down, I knew I was getting a car. Vinnie was extremely helpful in aiding me in navigating the road of car ownership. After going through all of the features my 2018 Forester had, I was very pleased and surprised by the price of my lease. Joe, who took me for my test drive, and then showed me the bells and whistles when I came to pick up my car, was very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions regarding the workings of the car, which were MANY!!! People seem to enjoy working at this dealership, as everyone is friendly and helpful. Very Disappointed.. I bought 2 new Forester in the last 2 years, the second one was a trade.... The problem is Vinny Rizzo promise me to give me a "CROSS BAR" for my new car as a gift, and he was suppose to call me back. I waited a month and no calls from him, so I call him instead and Vinny took my phone number to call me back, and he never called. Pass 2 weeks I call the dealer and Vinny pick up the phone and for some reason the call dropped, 3 minutes later I called back and they said Vinny is not working today, (big lie) and I left message with another person and again he never return my call. Now I understand that they only care if you are going to buy.... after that they don't care what the customer think or feel... More
