Ripped off at Huntington Toyota During an oil change visit, it was suggested by "Gus" that I should change the spark plugs. since the car had just turned 100K miles, I though it a go During an oil change visit, it was suggested by "Gus" that I should change the spark plugs. since the car had just turned 100K miles, I though it a good idea. I didn't ask for a price because I thought it would be inexpensive to replace 4 spark plugs. When he presented the binvoice of $291.00, I became irate.I asked "Gus" to take the new plugs out and put the old ones back in. He refused but did adjust the bill down to $238.00 which I thought was still high, but within range. I reluctantly paid and informed "Gus" that he had broken my trust and just lost a customer.I own 2 Toyotas. A Yaris and a Prius. I will be posting a negative Google review shortly. y Google review More
