Then I was charged 69:95 for an oil change and the rep knew there’s was a coupon for 49.95 but did not divulge. I also had 10$ in rewards that I had to inquire about before that was put toward my service charges. I was told that my 5000 mile service had not been performed in over a year. I am at this dealership regularly every 5000 miles to change my oriole how could this have not been communicated to me before. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had there as Kelly is my usual service representative and she is absolutely wonderful More

Check in was easy and the attendant was pleasant and Kelly Henry checked me in and listen to one problem we had with the car. I waited for the car and it was done in an hour. Kelly explained the service and this was a no charge maintenance. The waiting area is roomy comfortable with coffee and bagels available.
