Tommy was so forthcoming, patient, nice, funny and helpful in showing me how to use the technology inside the car and get the apps that the original salesperson (Sean) did not even know about. By the way, my car upon delivery was not totally clean and waxed. I sent it back to be detailed. This caused more waiting time. In total I spent WAY too much time there - approx 9 hours in total - and I don't have 9 hours to spare. I know that if I have a problem or question, I can go back and count on Tommy to explain it to me - or fix it. If I hadn't ran into him on my 3rd trip back (out of 4 total) I would not have been happy. Bottom line - ask for Tommy. The salesperson I had did not know enough about the car and, he was rude. Buying a car is a heck of a lot more stressful than buying a home so make sure you're comfortable with the dealership and your salesperson. Since I spent so much time there and had to make 4 trips, had a rather rude salesperson who didnt know enough about the car, and the car wasn't clean although they had over 12 hours to do so, i am not recommending this dealership based upon my own experience. Tommy is terrific but can't imagine he could be there 100% of the time. That is my honest review. Who knows, maybe a different salesperson could be a different experience BUT my salesperson tried to sell me remote start for $450. I declined saying I would take it somewhere else for $165. TOMMY was the one who told me I had it included in my package and it was even ON THE WINDOW sticker! Tommy to the rescue - again! Training is key but was lacking here. Tommy made sure all proper apps were installed and it was working (Although the app seems to be hit or miss, that's not the dealer's fault). More

Friendly but poor customer service The sales people were friendly, but the car wasn’t ready when I went to pick it up and they only gave me 1 key for the car. When I asked about this, they said they didn’t have a second key ready and would mail it to me. 2 weeks later and I still haven’t gotten the key. Also i had an issue with a tire on the drive home from the dealership the day I purchased it. When I took it in to the service center, they found a nail in the tire and wanted to charge me $200 for a new one. I think having owned the car for less than 24 hours and having an issue warrants at least some accommodation on the dealer’s part. Not great customer service. More
10,000 mile service MY appointment was at 9am on October 25th. It took one hour for the dealer to check me in at 9:55am. Arrived without an appointment I arrived without an appointment for the 10,000 mile service when the notice came on. I also needed my new phone set up in Bluetooth. I’m never sure if people treat more respectfully because of my age but I will say this particular service advisor went out of his way. Thank you also for the free car wash. More
