Great service I brought my car in for service under my extended warranty. Juan from service called me and stated I had another issue that was covered under my exten I brought my car in for service under my extended warranty. Juan from service called me and stated I had another issue that was covered under my extended warranty and will take about 4 hours to fix he called me in a few hours later to advise me my vehicle is ready. I’m pleased with their service, communication and pickup. I came later in day towards closing to pickup my vehicle I found Kelly who dropped what she was doing grabbed my paperwork to assist me getting my vehicle. More

Instead of let see what we can do for you, I was told we don't do anything for free! So my response was that this is my last service here and I'm not coming anymore here. He said no problem. I spent a lot of money on repairs and services in your place ,so now you'll lose more money than me. I was going to buy new RAV 4, but you change my mind and I'm going for CRV Honda. Thanks, More

The clean, spacious and well lit waiting area allows me to relax while I wait. The free coffee and bagels are an added bonus. Likewise, my recent visit, during which the headlights of my 2016 RAV 4 needing replacing, was problem free. Since the center did not have the required bulbs in stock, Mr. Wayne Weinstein, my service representative, informed me that he had to order said bulbs from another service center; they would be delivered asap. Although this took longer than expected, he kept me periodically apprised while assuring me the bulbs were on the way. Throughout, Mr. Weinstein's manner was always courteous and forthright, and, as he had promised, I was able to leave with a firm handshake and functioning headlights. More

I explained to him the issue, and he explained the service options to me, and then again to my husband over the phone; Wayne helped me when I arrived. As for price I knocked off a star because I had 2 license plate bulbs out on my vehicle which my service advisor informed me of.
