Honestly, I don't want to waste any more time by writing word for word exactly what happened. Suffice to say, the sales manager and his boss were condescending, patronizing and nasty. They had lied about what they were going to offer me, and after a tense exchange, I picked up and left. I wasted an hour, and was very upset and stressed by the experience. They just lost a customer because of their arrogance. This was not the way to handle a sale. And I have been leasing or buying Toyotas for many years. The next day I went to Westbury Toyota and leased my new car. I was treated with respect and decency, and got the deal I wanted. What a difference.. More
