Once I went into Finance restart a delay in the process ask me to give them a few days a few days have been to a week and all this time the vehicle had car insurance and registered to my name. I never took the car it took me over a week to receive my refund he was such a horrible experience I would not recommend anyone to go to Huntington Toyota. None of the managers could even answer any of my questions how could this happen all they did was give me the run-around until I made a phone call to corporate. More

They lost a customer for some minor thing with nominal amount as I, for sure, won't be back for another car to Toyota Huntington. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth. More
Pathetic. Visited to inquire about a specific Toyota model. Spoke with Robert, who was knowledgeable and insightful. I had researched Toyota models in depth, and the one that I wanted had a number of features that I liked, including safety improvements which were a consideration because I have a child. Unfortunately, Robert brought over his vapid "supervisor". This guy's first comment off the bat was that he had "never had anyone consider a specific Toyota model because of safety issues". Wow! I mentioned to him that I had a child, and this was important to me. He next said, "Are you planning to get into an accident?". I had to do a double take. He then repeated the same comment! Obviously this guy was clueless that a parent not only could be concerned about their child's safety, but also that there may be other drivers on the road who cause accidents. I looked at Robert, and shook my head, incredulous at such comments. I suggested to Robert that he talk to this "supervisor" and teach him about customer concerns and respect. I then got up and left this dealership, having wasted my time. If Smithtown Toyota hires individuals as "supervisors" who are clueless about safety concerns, incompetent at customer relations, and whose thoughtless comments cause an interested party walk out of the dealership on a dime, then this unquestionably is not a dealership from which I would trust purchasing a car, and definitely not one that lives up to its statement on its website that it values their relationship with their customers. While trying to find out about the delivery of my purchase, I was put on hold for 10 minutes. I went back to the dealership only to be told it was "impossible" to know when the car would be delivered. When I left my deposit I was told the car would be ready for pick up in 4 days. When I came back in 4 days they told me it was I possible to promise a delivery date, but then said no later than 10 days. 4 days later they said they had no idea when the car could be delivered. The price was good, the service was without doubt THE WORST. More

New transmission 5,500 with a one year warranty...why would I ever bother again. More
