I went to Huntington Toyota/Scion to trade in my 2010 Prius for a new 2013 model. I had heard the Dealership was under new management and I hoped the staff might be better than I had found previously. Bu Prius for a new 2013 model. I did my research carefully and arrived with what I considered to be a informed idea of what I wanted. What a relief to find someone like Todd. He spoke clearly and directly to me. The prices he had, and my research prices were almost identical. He listened to what I wanted, and what I wanted to pay. He went out of his way to find the car I wanted. There was none of the patronizing or adversarial experience I had had in the past. The whole experience was good and I drove away a happy new owner of a 2013 Prius. Thanks, Todd. More

Great experience with Joe P and Huntington Toyota. The staff is courteous and works with the customer in finding the right combination of price, car, terms and conditions. He went out of his way to explain all details of the car and worked well with his manager in finding an agreeable price. The paper work and Licensing was done fast. Although the show room does not have all the car models on the floor, they make due by showing cars that they have on the lot or being prepped for delivery. Being that Huntington Toyota is affiliated (same owner?) with other dealer ships, they were able to find the model/trim that I wanted that they did not have in their inventory. After searching the web for weeks I finally found the FJ Cruiser I wanted at Huntington Toyota. I drove to Huntington Toyota and fully expected to be pounced upon by desperate salespeople. I asked for David Schweitzer a salesman to answer my questions about the FJ Cruiser I found on the web, he answered all my questions, and went to get the keys so I could check out the car and take it for a test drive. The car was in excellent condition as stated on the web, I have been burned before by another dealer who used phony cars to bait me into the showroom only to find them sold. Huntington Toyota was different, and David made me feel so comfortable with the car and the dealership I purchased the car, I can't recommend David enough, my whole outlook on buying a car has changed... Rosa is THE best and got us out the door after all of the financials were taken care of. Quality people who go out of their way to make you feel like family! I can never recommend any other dealership......Color me SPOILED! We travel from Howard Beach to Huntington for all of our Toyota needs....that's over 35 miles EACH way. I walked in knowing what car, what features, and what price I wanted to pay and Phil was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. He also took the time to explain the advantages of leasing a vehicle in a low-pressure way that did not make me feel like he was selling the option, merely offering an option I hadn't considered. While Phil could not reach my target price, he was willing to split the difference in a way I found satisfactory. Rosa was very friendly and very thorough in her explanations of all the benefits and warranties available to me at the time of purchase and also let me know the window in which I could change my mind on any benefit packages. After calling in the model and color I wanted from a nearby partner dealership, I was able to walk out of the store with my new car that same day. More
