It's my first time buying a Toyota it was the worst experience ever. I wanted the 4runner premium instead I got the standard when i state that that's not what I agreed upon with the salesperson I was experience ever. No body calls you back when you called them when they finally do you're told that the phone lines and internet was down . I wanted some additional accessories added to it such as the running board and remote starter put in I called made an appointment and told them what I was coming there they gave me a 8:30 appointment on Saturday I drop the car off I finally got a called back 3 houthinking my was ready only to be told that they didn't do anything to the car because they have to order the running board and remote starter it is now wednesday and I'm still waiting for them to call so that I can bring back the car to have the running board and alarm install. I should of bought a second car from honda instead because I had no issues when I purchased my honda crv I only went to toyota because my husband wanted the Toyota 4runner More

Not what I expected The appointment was kept on time and the personnel were courteous. I had a limited problem to address...the car did not start on one occasion and the The appointment was kept on time and the personnel were courteous. I had a limited problem to address...the car did not start on one occasion and the horn alarm sounded spontaneously on two occasions. I ended up with expensive maintenance work that I did not feel was necessary based on the specific nature of my visit. In the end, I am not sure that my problems were addressed and I would have preferred deferring the maintenance work, especially since I received two unsolicited phone calls from the sales department offering to trade in the vehicle. Why would I want to spend $657 on a car that I would then trade in? However I do appreciate the efficiency and courtesy that was extended by your staff. More
