We purchased the Prius due to the fact that I commute back and forth to Manhattan on a daily basis for work. Being able to have access to the HOV lane saves a significant amount of time. Romeo went above and beyond to find us another Prius loaner car and also went out of his way to get the HOV Clean Pass. That is what I call outstanding service!!
