Outstanding Service From Romeo Our 2017 Prius Prime was out of service for about 2 months due to the delayed shipment of the required parts. We purchased the Prius due to the fact that I commute back and forth to Manhattan on a daily basis for work. Being able to have access to the HOV lane saves a significant amount of time. Romeo went above and beyond to find us another Prius loaner car and also went out of his way to get the HOV Clean Pass. That is what I call outstanding service!! Ran a complimentary diagnostic for a PCS Malfunction that helped Safelite repair it since they were the ones that caus Huntington Toyota March 2020.
