Excellent Service I went for my second service. They were able to take my car immediately and were done in about a half hour. William Bonilla, my representative, was ve I went for my second service. There was one little issue so I had to bring my car back for them to rectify it. They took it will no resistance, fixed the issue, explained what it was (tire imbalance), provided me with a receipt and I was on my way. Overall, I continue to be happy with their work. More

Routine maintenance 3 issues: (1) check engine light illuminated for several days, then cleared: mechanic hypothesized cause, took corrective action. 2) Road/wind no 3 issues: (1) check engine light illuminated for several days, then cleared: mechanic hypothesized cause, took corrective action. 2) Road/wind noise noticed on passenger side; does not seem to be front or back window seal with door gaskets. Couldn’t duplicate or identify cause. Hypothesized dirt/foreign material in compartment air blower box. Disassembled cleaned, replaced filters. 3) Hybrid fuel mileage somewhat reduced. Service Consultant had no test or corrective action to recommend. 4) Several routine maintenance items were performed which were due or past due. More

What I don’t understand is if the filters come out in minutes and can be installed in the same time why is it so much ? Labor has to be less than 1/2 hour. And the filters are $10-$20 each. I resent being price gouged I did not replace the filters. More
