Pickup was easy, the service was conducted quickly, and the shuttle driver was also friendly as well as the service manager. I highly recommend this facility. More

Quality work, for a price; they push unecessary work We've bought 7 cars from this dealer and were pleased with the service department until recently. Car was brought in without an appointment because t We've bought 7 cars from this dealer and were pleased with the service department until recently. Car was brought in without an appointment because the alternator light came on (kudos for letting us bring the car in and getting back to us in the same day)). After diagnosing the charging system, they said we needed a new alternator and also told us the engine and cabin air filters and the front brakes should be replaced. I declined as the filters had been replaced recently per the Toyota owner's guide and still had two years and 20,000 miles until the next recommended replacement, and when the car passed inspection 1200 miles earlier there was no mention of the pads needing replacement in the near future. When I declined the filter replacement, I was told that they were dirty. They have serviced this car (and six previous Toyotas) since it was new and have all of our service records; they should have known that the filters had been replaced recently and the brakes had just passed inspection. I question whether it is normal procedure to remove and inspect filters (especially the a/c filter which has to be removed from inside the car) and put a car on a lift so the wheels can be removed to check for pad wear. We were also charged for 7 hours of labor, but they only had the car for 5 (presumably based on the flat rate manual) More
