Re: Rob Geekie I have a 13 year old Prius bought from Toyota of Huntington (then Stevens Toyota). Recently I had to have a major service to replace the dash panel I have a 13 year old Prius bought from Toyota of Huntington (then Stevens Toyota). Recently I had to have a major service to replace the dash panel that controls pretty much all of the warning lights and systems notifications. I had to have a loaner while the part was ordered. Rob Geekie was my Service Advisor. He was one of the best ever, although I have pretty much always had great service here with my past 5 Toyotas in 40 years. He explained at each step of the diagnostic process what was going on and what the problem appeared to be, assuring me, that they would only replace something this major if my car warranted it and if its age in other parts wasn’t “broken” down. I only have 45 thousand miles on the car and it is in excellent condition. We went ahead with the service and on the morning of pickup Rob came in on his day off to make sure everything had been tested and was in good working order. I was nervous since I had been having a number of problems with warning light failures, failure to go into Drive, and power to AC and audio going out suddenly. Kudos to great service, Rob! Car is running like a brand new car! More

Navigation There is no technician there that know how to program a GPS in the car. I been there four times . The last technician blames it on my iPhone.
