Honest Accomadating and Professional Service Dept. 55000 regular maintenance issue I had taken my car for the regular maintenance at 55k miles. I found that the battery was sulphate and transmission oil change requirement all of a su I had taken my car for the regular maintenance at 55k miles. I found that the battery was sulphate and transmission oil change requirement all of a sudden. I also found that the air filter needed to be changed at a cost of $149 plus taxes. Gus was helpful in proactively determining the problems with the car but the total cost was $945 for repairs. I am surprised a Toyota corolla would get damaged to such a large extent in 5 years. Good Job but expensive Originally I was planning on getting my 2012 Rav4 the NYS Inspection. BUT the day before BOTH the CHECK ENGINE AND THE BATTERY LIGHTS came on! Now I h Originally I was planning on getting my 2012 Rav4 the NYS Inspection. BUT the day before BOTH the CHECK ENGINE AND THE BATTERY LIGHTS came on! Now I had the battery replaced a year agoby someone else. This dealership told me that the alternator and the battery needed to be replaced! Ok fine! The guy told me too that the NYS Inspection would only be ONE DOLLAR with your service. The cost would about $600.00. I thought that was VERY Expensive. They did the work and I get the bill, its OVER $800.00!!!! I felt I was being Ripped Off! I checked the details of the bill and the guy charged me $37.00 for the NYS Inspection!!!! I walked over to him and told him. He SAYS...he Forgot...Yeah Right...xxxxxxxx! They did a very good job but I felt I was getting ripped off by their over pricing! What hurt too was he fact that the month before I spent over $2000.00 on a brake job with them! I feel that they really OWE ME a $1000.00 Refund! I was planning on taking a vacation next month...Now I cant afford it! Thank you Toyota for Ripping me off! More
