Great experience First time buyer at Toyota Huntington. I had to take my 2019 RAV4 in for an odd sound coming from the engine compartment. Service had me diagnosed within the day and had a very hard to find parts sourced and installed within a Little over a week. Gus took great care of me and was an excellent advisor during the entire process. I have nothing but great things to say about gus and his team they really are five star. More

people are very nice and service quality is great The overall experience is very good. When arriving a person came to me immediately and the service guy asked and listened very carefully in detail. When found where the problem is, also brought me to the car and showed me which parts needed to change and which parts needed to fix. Then list all the issues including important and normal ones. Give me best advice. Anyway I felt very helpful. Only thing I need to mention is NO phone charger in the waiting room. I spent whole day to wait for my 2 cars in the waiting room and forgot to bring my own charger. Really helpless for this. More

I had a very smooth experience at the Toyota service center I've had issues in the past when bringing my 2010 Toyota Prius in for service here. But Rodrigo made sure everything was top notch.
