Unusually Poor Service This service center is usually excellent. However I have to give a poor rating for this visit. I came in for a scheduled recall & service bulletin ser This service center is usually excellent. However I have to give a poor rating for this visit. I came in for a scheduled recall & service bulletin service (fan blower & clutch pedal). I waited in the shop for over 6 hours. Every inquiry I made was responded with a promise of just a few more minutes. For this type of common & predictable service, the wait time should have been more accurately estimated and communicated to the customer. I hope this comment helps to improve this service center. I am a proud owner of two 2017 Toyota Tacomas. Great service was one of my requirements for making the purchase. Please keep the Toyota reputation positive. Thank you. More

Job well done Robert Geekie was honest and great. He checked in my car. Since this was my last complimentary oil change, he explained extensions options. Pointed out to Robert Geekie I had a nail in a tire and cabin filter was dirty. Robert Geekie addressed it to me before doing the work. I know now my Sequoia I don't have to worry about anything on my future trip. More
