The phone reciptiontist was not particularly friendly or knowledgeable. I had just called the day before to ask about my car and nothing had been noted. When I arrived at the service Kelly let me know this recall was a bigger job than an hour, but she ran, found someone to get the job done and I made my next appointment. More
