Short wait time Minimal wait time despite it was a Saturday. The staff explained all service and answered all questions- even showing me on the car. Fast and Efficient I arrived about 15 minutes early for my 5:30pm appt. I was checked in promptly, and proceeded to the waiting area. Rodrigo came for my ticket in abo I arrived about 15 minutes early for my 5:30pm appt. I was checked in promptly, and proceeded to the waiting area. Rodrigo came for my ticket in about 4-5 minutes. Unfortunately, both my wife and I have had the experience of Toyota service centers trying to blin Service Manager, Chams, very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, both my wife and I have had the experience of Toyota service centers trying to blindly rip us off. I think Toyota Service centers are generally very exploitative and it ends up negatively coloring our experience. My wife went to a Toyota service center last week for an oil change and walked out with a $700 bill. When I went in yesterday I was invited to pay for a cabin filter and 3 fluid changes that would have totalled an additional $700 beyond the oil change and headlamp change i cam in for. By the way $140 to change a Prius headlamp is pure abuse. I will rethink buying a Toyota next time. More
