Always on guard for the run around My service started out with a push for me to buy new tires. Then I was charged 69:95 for an oil change and the rep knew there’s was a coupon for 49.95 but did not divulge. I also had 10$ in rewards that I had to inquire about before that was put toward my service charges. I was told that my 5000 mile service had not been performed in over a year. I am at this dealership regularly every 5000 miles to change my oriole how could this have not been communicated to me before. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had there as Kelly is my usual service representative and she is absolutely wonderful More

5000 mile service This was our first maintenance on our 2018 Sienna the new service department is worth the extra couple of miles from the old service department. Check in was easy and the attendant was pleasant and Kelly Henry checked me in and listen to one problem we had with the car. I waited for the car and it was done in an hour. Kelly explained the service and this was a no charge maintenance. The waiting area is roomy comfortable with coffee and bagels available. I highly recommend Toyota Of Huntington to purchase your next Toyota. More

Excellent service My Service Dept. experience was excellent, from the first person who greeted me to my service advisor. Rodrigo Arichabala came out of his office to personally greet me and escorted me to his office and wasted no time to get the work order started. He walked me to the waiting area and offered me coffee and a bagel. The waiting area is very clean and spacious, it is not often you see a clean waiting area. Rodrigo came by to let me know it will be ready soon and again about 10 minutes later to say “your car is ready” my vehicle was also shown to me in the driveway by Rodrigo. It is refreshing to have someone who is attentive and respectful of customers time. I highly recommend going to Rodrigo when you go for service. More
