Nailed it!! Unbelievable woman! I’ve been dealing with Toyota for 10 yrs. it’s always something. But Kelly did such a fast, accurate and outstanding job that I’ Unbelievable woman! Seriously. The prior week was so disasterous I expected this to be more of the same. Just another individual who’s going to take my name and number. But to my surprise it went fast smoothe and Kelly even found the lost key fob I informed her about! My vote is for Kelly Henry all the way. Thank you for making me a believer in Toyota again!!!
