Nailed it!! Unbelievable woman! I’ve been dealing with Toyota for 10 yrs. it’s always something. But Kelly did such a fast, accurate and outstanding job that I’ Unbelievable woman! I’ve been dealing with Toyota for 10 yrs. it’s always something. But Kelly did such a fast, accurate and outstanding job that I’m still telling people about her. I felt like royalty for god sake. Seriously. The prior week was so disasterous I expected this to be more of the same. Just another individual who’s going to take my name and number. But to my surprise it went fast smoothe and Kelly even found the lost key fob I informed her about! My vote is for Kelly Henry all the way. Thank you for making me a believer in Toyota again!!! We can’t find good service No one called to tell us the car was finished and when we showed up to pick it up, the keys were sitting on the front desk. If I hadn’t recognized them, there’s no telling how long we would have had to wait for someone to find them. No one there to explain the service. We paid and left. When I started the car, the problem I brought it in for was gone but now it sounds like a Mac truck. Awful loud engine noise and rattling when I drive it. I’ll take it back to get it fixed but what kind of inspection did they do to let it leave the shop like that?! And how much is that new problem going to cost? It’s very inconvenient to have to return. More

Good Service I was welcomed when I arrived. I was asked if I had any problems with the auto and I said the tire pressure was a little low. They said they would t I was welcomed when I arrived. Did I pay for services that were not done? Friendly staff. Nice facility. Someone has to pay for it. I had a factory synthetic oil service which included tire rotation. It appears that the rear tires show more wear than the front so I don't think the tires were rotated even though it was part of the service. Makes me wonder what else did I pay for that wasn't actually done. More
