10,000 mile service MY appointment was at 9am on October 25th. It took one hour for the dealer to check me in at 9:55am. Then, I had to wait for another 2.5 hours for my MY appointment was at 9am on October 25th. It took one hour for the dealer to check me in at 9:55am. Then, I had to wait for another 2.5 hours for my 10,000 service. It was 12:45 when all had finished. Not a pleasant experience at all. More

Arrived without an appointment I arrived without an appointment for the 10,000 mile service when the notice came on. I also needed my new phone set up in Bluetooth. Ridiculously expensive for routine maintainence. This is a 3 year old vehicle with NO mechanical issues and this event set me back over $500.00 ! Exceptional Service Upon my arrival at the Toyota of Huntington Service Center I was greeted by Rob Geekie who explained my service that was to be performed and went out Upon my arrival at the Toyota of Huntington Service Center I was greeted by Rob Geekie who explained my service that was to be performed and went out of his way to spend time with me and answer in detail all questions that I had about my vehicles features. I was very impressed how much time Rob was willing to spend with me, after my questions were answered he escorted me to the customer service waiting area and invited me to to help myself to the refreshments that were offered. After my Rav 4’s Service was completed Rob came to the service area and escorted me to my freshly washed clean vehicle, I am very happy that I chose Huntington as my designated service center. More
