The service managers are friendly and the waiting area is very comfortable with free Wifi. The only thing missing this time were the bagels! Turned out I also needed brakes which they were able to complete in less than an hour. Can’t beat that! More

He was most assistive with me and my special problems. I have hearing difficulty and slight dementia. He was so pleasant annd helpful. He even went to retrieve my cell phone from my car as it was being serviced. All in all It was a very enjoyable experience. This is my third lease experience with Toyota of Huntington. I would recommend them to anyone. Only my age may stop me from a 4th lease experience, I am 87 years old. More

Recent service Yesterday, I ah my car in for service which I have been doing since purchase and I can honestly say it was my worse visit. 1- The service advisor was Yesterday, I ah my car in for service which I have been doing since purchase and I can honestly say it was my worse visit. 1- The service advisor was confused because I wanted the same synthetic service I have had all along, 2- I requested a free washing and after I got the car after waiting 1 1/2 hours, the car was never washed 3- This was subsequently done and I had to wait another 40 minutes for my car 4- The service center always had bagels and cookies for customers waiting and stopped this In summary, there is no compelling reason for me to continue having my car serviced at this location and sadly, I will be looking into other options More
