I have been a customer for the past year, and I have only positive things to say about the service department at Empire Toyota. Specifically, Keith, my service advisor. Faced with a window that was stuck in the down position on a cold day, at 3 in the afternoon, I called the Toyota dealership that I have used for my 2005 Corolla since I bought it. The very polite telephone operator told me to come in immediately, and they'd see what they could do. I was met by Sunny Dalavai, who reassured me that the window could be pulled back up, and explained that this would require a service fee. I was thankful to be treated like an adult who would never think to challenge a service fee, and Sunny appreciated my agreeable attitude. In less than an hour, the window was pulled back up, and I was on my way. I want to thank everyone with whom I came in contact. As always, this dealership delivered! More

I really needed a car so I went to empire Toyota to look. I spoke to the salesman and he talked me into buying the car. He kept asking me what is the amount I’m comfortable with. He came back three times and finally gave me a payment I was ok with. When I went to pick up the car they added another $50 on top of the payment and gave 10.71% on top of that. I was desperate for a car. I work in a hospital and need a reliable car because I can’t miss work like other people. My breaks have been squeaking since I got the vehicle. I drive all the way to Huntington twice and both times the mechanic said there is nothing wrong with the car. I will not say anything nice about this place. Plus I had to put 10,000 down on the car. The car is way overpriced if I wasn’t so desperate. Every time I asked how much the car was they said they couldn’t tell me at this time. Then they had the audacity to say thank you for your service. If I could give negative I would. I’m a single mom of two kids and I don’t make as much as people think. The down payment was from my mom and I had to jump on it when I could. I wasn’t sure if she would ever have that money again to give me. Your all crooks! More
