I brought my Rav4 in for maintenance. Everything was fine with that. I also had a slow leak in the front right tire. We were charged $35. I told them that we are paying extra each month for Tire Protection. She went back to look into it and came back saying that the previous owners of our car had the protection, not us. I went home, found the documentation and sent it to Blake, the agent who sold me my car. Two months ago I brought in my Tacoma, also with a slow leak. I was told they did not find anything. The tires were rotated and low so I did not know which tire was the leaky one. After a week, I checked again and found the tire. It was dark outside and without looking I ran my hand on the tire and found the leak in five seconds. I also want to point that that when we traded in our Corola, my wife left the expass in the car by accident. I called the next day but it was never found. I had to sit on the phone with ezpass and pay for a new tag. None of these are such a big deal but none of these things should be happening. Blake is awesome and that is why we bought two cars in just a few months. Mayreli was very nice and professional. So, at this time I am still waiting to get refunded the 35 dollars and wonder why the tire protection plan is now showing up in your system. Thanks. Mike Barr More
